The Barn

Situated near the southern end of the property is a second residence that contains a rustic caretaker's barn with an upstairs apartment, a dedicated fly-tying room, as well as two separate 2-car garages – one of which doubles as a workshop.

This building has a studio apartment on the second floor with its own entrance, a beautiful view of the river, queen bed, full bathroom, mini kitchen, and small refrigerator.  This unit has a bit more privacy and is about a half of a mile walk from the main lodge.  It also contains an additional bathroom for the glamping tents, with its own entrance.

The barn also features a private fly-tying room facing the Dolores River, that also is a great spot to have a post fishing beer and reminisce and stretch the truth about today’s catches!  Two attached garages and workshop round out this secondary structure.
