Historic Downtown features numerous restaurants, shops and galleries.  Ft Lewis College is located just up the hill from downtown. Other attractions include museums, golf, multiple music events, a recreation center.

World class skiing and mountain biking are close by at Purgatory as well as some of the best mountain golf at the Glacier Club.
